A successful rental begins with a professional foundation.
Our onboarding phase takes an average of two days and includes:
- Taking professional photos of the property
- Listing the property on rental platforms with strong descriptions and standard email templates
- Standardised email templates for guest communication
- Guest information guide (including instructions for using appliances and property features)
- Installing a key safe with a personal access code
This ensures your property is immediately well presented and ready for rental.
Clear pricing so you know exactly what to expect
The prices below are indicative nightly rates. The final rental price is determined based on season, location, property size, and available amenities (such as beachfront positioning, swimming pools, or additional facilities). Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning costs are charged separately to the guest.

No hidden fees
Wij werken op basis van een succesgerichte vergoeding van 30% van de totale verhuuropbrengst. Dit percentage dekt het volledige verhuurbeheer van jouw woning, inclusief gastcommunicatie, planning, optimalisatie van advertenties en de service zoals opgenomen in het gekozen pakket.
You only pay this fee when the property is successfully rented. This ensures that our interests are fully aligned with achieving the optimal return on your property.
Daarnaast rekenen wij een eenmalige opstartvergoeding van €2500 voor de professionele inrichting en voorbereiding van de verhuur. Deze opstart omvat onder andere het verzorgen van professionele fotografie, het aanmaken en optimaliseren van de verhuurplatforms, het opstellen van communicatiesjablonen, het samenstellen van een informatiegids voor gasten én het installeren van een sleutelkastje met persoonlijke code.
