Our Mission
During the Second Home Expo in the Netherlands, one thing immediately stood out to us: there was plenty of property on offer from countries like Spain and Portugal, but (Northern) Cyprus was almost completely absent. We found that such a shame, because from our own experience we know just how much this island has to offer!
That’s how Pure Cyprus Propertieswas born: the Dutch intermediary in Northern Cyprus with a clear mission to help Dutch and Belgian clients discover and invest in this hidden gem of the Mediterranean.
Our entire team owns a home in Northern Cyprus, which means we know exactly how the purchasing process works, which choices truly matter, and what makes life here so special.
