The purchase process explained
- Orientation & online consultation
We start with an online introduction to discuss your wishes, budget and goals. Based on this, we present carefully selected projects that match your situation. - Your personal inspection tour
Discover Northern Cyprus during a 4-day round tour with complimentary accommodation. Together, we visit selected projects and give you the opportunity to experience the island and its atmosphere. - Reservation of the property
In case of serious interest, we reserve your chosen property with a deposit. You will receive a preliminary purchase agreement with clear terms and conditions. - Legal review & title deed
An independent lawyer reviews the contract. Your lawyer applies for the official title deed with the authorities. For new-build properties, registration follows after completion of construction. - Signing & payment
Both parties sign the purchase agreement. Payment is made according to the agreed terms, often in instalments. You can also authorise your lawyer to sign on your behalf, so you do not need to be in Northern Cyprus in person. - Completion & key handover
For new-build properties, you receive the keys upon completion of the project. In many cases, the full purchase price has not yet been paid; this depends on the project and the agreed payment plan. - Furnishing & advice
We are happy to advise and support you with furnishing your property, so it becomes exactly the way you want it. - Aftercare & property management
We remain available even after the purchase. Think of rental services, property management or support from a distance.
