A strong start for successful rentals
A successful rental begins with a professional foundation.
Our onboarding phase takes an average of two days and includes:
- Taking professional photos of the property
- Listing the property on rental platforms with strong descriptions and standard email templates
- Standardised email templates for guest communication
- Guest information guide (including instructions for using appliances and property features)
- Installing a key safe with a personal access code
This ensures your property is immediately well presented and ready for rental.
Clear pricing so you know exactly what to expect
The prices below are indicative nightly rates. The final rental price is determined based on season, location, property size, and available amenities (such as beachfront positioning, swimming pools, or additional facilities). Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning costs are charged separately to the guest.

No hidden fees
We operate on a success-based fee of 25% of the total rental revenue. This percentage covers the complete management of your property, including guest communication, planning, advertisement optimisation, and the services included in the selected package.
You only pay this fee when the property is successfully rented. This ensures that our interests are fully aligned with achieving the optimal return on your property.
In addition, we charge a one-time onboarding fee of €3500 for the professional setup and preparation of the rental. This includes arranging professional photography, creating and optimising the rental platform listings, preparing communication templates, compiling a guest information guide, and installing a secure key safe with a personal access code.
